We provide our guards with world-class skills in threat detection, protection, combat, fire-fighting, materials control & accounting, as well as soft-skills such as courtesy, positive attitude and loyalty towards client. We meet all the requirements for training of private Security Personnel as prescribed by PSARA.
We SDB is believing in placing the guards at client premises after completing the basic and technical training at our State of the Art Training Academy at Vandalur.
All candidates coming here are scrutinised thoroughly for their capability and we start the training based on their Intellectual quality to understand whether they are capable of grabbing the subjects which we taught them. In addition that we are having the syllabus based on the directives of National Skill and Development Centre (NSDC).
Our trainers are qualified in NSDC are being utilised for conducting training to our work force in units and also conduct the training to our clients.
Our 8000sqft in-house training facility consists of highly trained and experienced staff from Armed forces. Training is imparted through Audio/Visual medium.
During the training period the trainees will be accommodated at the Training Academy, and will be provided with three square meal by the in-house canteen. The Training Academy can accommodate up to 100 guards. The facility has a 2 Acre space to conduct outdoor training also.
We train guards within their own working environment where they can use the tools and equipment which will be needed to carry out their specific role. The purpose is to train guards to be more effective in observing their environment and documentation through both written and oral reports.
The OJT will be tailor made as per the requirement of the client.
